I’ve contacted the book community seller numerous times but still have not heard back. I ordered a coffee table book and yet for $172 they send a mini 2 oz pamphlet. And will not respond to my request for return. This is the first unpleasant experience we’ve had with marketplace sellers in 10 years. Buyer Beware. Not worth more than $2.

showed up in sick amount of timing. i waiting for amazon to send it and was on back order over a month canceled my order with them and went with these guys and a few days later had a book. sooo sick
thanks
its not written by Banksy, its by Martin Bull. from the amazon description i thought it would be written by Banksy himself like Wall and Piece… booo!
But rather a tour guide on where to find some of his pieces (and FAILE’s) around London. One of the great things about Banksy’s books and art is that they are based on manifestos, which obviously are lacking here. But you do get some rather nice pictures of pieces all over London, which is the one benefit to the book.
This book is a wonderful and witty review of Bansky’s work written by the artist himself. I also highly recommend “Cut It Out.” Both books are somewhat hard to find, but can be purchased here on Amazon or for reasonable prices at another great design book website, You Work for Them. Bansky’s hardcover book, “Wall and Piece” is another must have. Cheers!
I dont want to say too much because the art speaks for itself. Forcing the viewer to quit looking at their feet and observe the world around them. Don’t accept what you see. BUY IT NOW AND CHANGE YOUR MIND!!
Britain’s best does it again: an international exhibition of art fron the most talented living british artist. Only offensive to those who deserve to be offended.
An unmatched collection of brilliant works, from possibly the best artist in his class. The message behind the words and the pictures fill the pages with a sense of rebellion and genius. Only his second release and he is already on his way to creating a collection which will stand steps above any who dare to try. His political cartoons and his persise stencil works have created a legend of there own in the graffiti community.
I’ve been following Banksy for quite some time now, mostly through his own website but when I received this book it had much more in it then I had seen before.
My favourite part is a summary (with pictures) of al the museums he’s been to, where he tried to put up some of his own art.
The book is mainly pictures, with some quotes and short stories, for anybody who knows Banksy, it really is worth while! If you don’t know Banksy but like rebelious art, it is worth your while!
Unique genius. Underground art culture from a new perspective. Metaphorical- yet playful, stencil art. Banksy, is simply the best ever at this particular realm of artistry.
I was at a friends house, saw this book and flipped through…WOW, so original, so thoughtful, so simple and so rich with clear perspective. With spray paint and stencils, Banksy makes statements about corporate greed, the will of the people, standing up against the constant assault of advertisers and mega-companies and above that, the true value of real art and why real art is so very elusive.
