Cute and durable. My daugher gets a lot of use out of it. I love that it has breaks all around to prevent it from flipping over, or going down stairs.She especially likes the bright colors and the toys attached. Chicco is great brand to begin with.I would definitely recommend buying this. It is well worth the money


How to help my baby to walk on her walker?
My baby is 9 months Walker banksy old, Yesterday we bought a walker for her but she is not walking, If you have a walker how long your baby took to walk?

    We just bought this for our 4 1/2 month old and she loves it! The steering wheel and the mirror keep her entertained. She is a little too small to really move around in it, but probably within the next month she will be cruising all over the house. I would guess that she will get many months of use out of it.

    This is the greatest walker. My granddaughter is moving around like crazy in it. The first time we put her in it, she moved slowly at first and now she just cruises all over the place. I am so glad I bought it. There are things for her to do while buzzing around and she loves the noises the steering wheel makes. It took me awile to figure out there seems to be two clicks on the switch which make the volume louder. The nice thing is that the horn is not obnoxiously loud. It is pleasantly quiet but loud enough for her to hear.

    My son found it hard to move around in this thing. Which worked out for the better cause he started walking three weeks later. Such is life.

    The American Academy of Pediatrics has called for a ban on all baby walkers because just the concept of giving a baby more mobility than developmentally ready is dangerous. People should know this and use alternative ways of entertaining baby. Many thousands of children in the US are seen in emergency departments for injuries related to walkers, and most of these happen when a parent is right there watching (see h[...]). They can fall down steps, get crushed between toy and other space, reach heavy objects in high places such as tables which can fall on them, tip over hot beverages, fall into tub of water, etc.

    And by the way, they don’t promote development of walking skills, they actually cause delay in walking because the baby doesn’t get to see the bottom half of how their bodies are working. (see [...])

    Much safer alternative is a stationary play center, buy that instead!

    Please spread the word to help prevent unnecessary injuries or even deaths in our youngest loved ones.

    I looked all over the internet for a well built walker with features, this toy fit the bill. The only thing it needs is a tension adjuster for the wheels. Yes, your child could go cruising across the floor.

    I just want to add to the reviews that EverEarth has great customer service. My 10 month old daughter loves this walker, but I was a little concerned that the wooden wheels were not good for my floor. I decided to add felt to the wheels, and not being the most handy person, I screwed up a bit and made the wheels uneven. I wrote to customer service to explain the problem, thinking perhaps I should pay for replacement wheels. Not only did they write me email back immediately, they sent me new wheels without any charge. I am so impressed. I do wish that the wheels has a little rubber or something on them to protect good wood floors (this company likes wood and natural products, which is why they chose to make wooden wheels.) But I have to say, I’m so impressed with the overall quality of the walker and the way they handled my problem (in addition to sending me replacement wheels they took seriously my suggestion about adding something like rubber to the wheels), that I wanted to say so publicly. I can also add that before I bought the walker, I had been quite worried about whether it would tip over (it seems from reviews that many other walkers tip), but we have not had any problem. I’ve used the walker with my daughter for about a month now. Maybe the first week we had to be careful and hold the walker while she pulled up, but very soon after she could sort of climb up it, and it seems very sturdy. I would absolutely not worry about using this walker on carpet, outside (we have taken it to the playground, which has worked great), or on most standard floors. The only reason I worried about the floors in this case is that we are subletting, so I’m trying to be extra careful.

    I got this walker for my 11 month old son. Since the day he got it, he LOVES it!. I do love how its made out of wood with non toxic paint. The biggest thing for me was how tall it was compared to so many other walkers I have seen. WIth other walkers my son has to bend over but not with this walker. I knew this was going to last a while. My son has turned this walker upside and side ways and it hasnt broke yet. He has even sat in it when the front side is on the floor. I like the different activities on the front and sides. He enjoys playing with them all. I also like the convenient mesh net in the storage area. I would HIGHLY recommend it to all. Money well spent!

    i loved the look of this toy online and had to have it for the 1 year birthday of my daughter. we put streamers and a card on the handle and a couple presents in the basket and she loved it. she has played with every activity this toy has to offer and keeps coming back. i was worried after putting it together that it didn’t seem balanced…like one of the wheels was off a little bit, but she pushes so well on wood, tile & carpet that i forgot about it, doesn’t seem to affect the function. she loves to steal things and put it in the basket, i keep finding the remote & the mouse there along with her favorite books! she has tipped it over a little bit but it’s not nearly as tippy as i thought it would be, seems to help her stand more than make her fall over which was something of concern with her just learning to walk.
