I bought the system May 26 and now, 5 weeks later the stylus stopped working… while on vacation Anyways, found online help on how to reset system, but didn’t work. Finally was able to call leapfrog during 9-5 EST hours, and spent 1 hour on the phone. Basically, the warranty service is 30 days. They were going to “help” me by extending my original warranty to 1 year (but remember my unit is already dead!) and the warranty on the replacement unit is 30 days. I spoke to a supervisor whom I told that I wanted a 1 yr warranty on the replacement unit and she agreed, until then she said let me go over the terms with you and then back to the 30 days warranty. I don’t trust the company!So I caution you to consider your investment if you would be satisfied with paying for the unit (around $45) + cartridges (I bought 5 for $19.99 each) = around $145 for 2 months of playing. The cartridges are not upwardly compatible so they will not work on the new Explorer version. I would caution
